Why We Matter
Furniture Market in India: Growth, Trends, and Opportunities
Rapid urbanisation, rising disposable incomes, and evolving consumer preferences for modern and functional living spaces have made the Indian furniture market one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country. Increasing interest among younger generations in aesthetically designed interiors is further accelerating this growth.
Valued at approximately ₹2,50,000 to ₹2,70,000 crore in 2024–25, the market is projected to reach ₹3,70,000 to ₹4,20,000 crore by 2030–31, reflecting a strong Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 7–9%.
This growth is supported by market stability, government initiatives promoting domestic manufacturing, and a strong push to position India as a global manufacturing leader. TEKSAVI is committed to leveraging these opportunities by bringing together modern interior design, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Need for Material Innovation and Sustainable Design
A clear shift is underway from traditional wood-based furniture to innovative materials such as uPVC, aluminium, waste-based, recyclable furniture materials. These materials enable lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant, and low-maintenance furniture solutions ideally suited to modern urban environments.
Widely used in modular kitchens, office furniture, and contemporary interiors, these profile-based systems offer long-lasting and sustainable options for both residential and commercial spaces.
Environmental concerns and sustainability ask for modern technologies to be the platform that will transform future furniture entirely. At TEKSAVI, we do not simply offer furniture, we enable the realisation of aesthetic visions through advanced manufacturing. We apply 3D manufacturing, FDM, and binder jet printing to create a wide range of products, from precision metallic objects to eco-friendly composite panels made from wheat straw, rice husk (bhoosa), and bio-composites blended with epoxy resins as sustainable alternatives to conventional plywood.
What We Offer
uPVC & Aluminium Profiles
Durable, lightweight, wear, corrosion, and water resistant uPVC profiles for windows and doors inspired through German technology.
Biodegradable Rice/Wheat Husk Strawboard
Replacing traditional wood with wheat/rice husk strawboards by the compression technique. 3D printing of furniture using either binder jetting where sawdust is mixed with glue and printed in desired shapes and sizes or Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) to print recycled polymer furniture items.
Modern Manufacturing & Aesthetics
Epoxy resin-based live-edge slab technology, where wooden textured can be produced with muti-coloured, muti-textured, and multi-design tables or wall arts.
