Vipin Richhariya, PhD (Founder & CEO)
Dr Vipin Richhariya, an internationally recognised researcher is the technological backbone, founder , and managing director of TEKSAVI Group, leading the company’s innovation in furniture and interior solutions. He has given 20+ years to mechanical engineering from the time when he designed the structures on Auto-CAD till the modern era of 3D manufacturing. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minho, Portugal, and an M. Tech from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, India, specialising in advanced materials, modern manufacturing, polymers, and composites. With a career bridging research and real-world applications, he brings cutting-edge technology directly to the ground, making innovation practical and impactful.
Vipin has worked with the European Space Agency (ESA) among other 3D additive-subtractive projects opened his vision and prepared him to look farther than laboratory-scale 3D printed parts. He wants to transform this vision into the reality and TEKSAVI is the manifestation of that vision. He has presented his design and development work on anti-slipping shoe-soles and 3D additive manufacturing laser work and won accolades and awards as well. His work has resulted in multiple publications and conference presentations, establishing him as a thought leader in functional materials and applied manufacturing. He also patented his work on nanotechnology based reinforced polymer composites as “Polymeric structure and its applications (Patented from Portugal (EU)119649 PP 2024.08.09)”. He has been an active part of the funding projects from the European research unit. These accomplishments reflect his ability to translate research into tangible, impactful solutions while maintaining a strong focus on practicality and usability.
At TEKSAVI Group, he is combining his deep technical knowledge with hands-on problem-solving to develop furniture and interiors that are functional, durable, and modern. Er Rajnish Kumar, PhD (Materials Science & Metallurgy Expert)
Rajnish Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer and materials specialist with over 17 years of experience in the field of materials science, metallurgy, material fibres, and mechanical characterisation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, and a Master of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He is finishing his PhD at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal.
He possesses extensive expertise in both experimental and theoretical aspects of material science, including material properties, testing, and performance evaluation. As a published researcher, he brings strong analytical and research capabilities to industrial applications, with a focus on ensuring structural reliability and product performance.
At TEKSAVI Private Limited, he is an integral member of the core technical team and has been actively involved since the conceptualisation of the organisation. He is responsible for providing technical guidance in the development, testing, and mechanical characterisation of materials and uPVC profiles, contributing to quality assurance, process optimisation, and product standardisation.
His experience and technical knowledge play a critical role in supporting the company’s manufacturing operations, facilitating knowledge transfer, and driving innovation. His involvement strengthens the project’s technical feasibility and enhances TEKSAVI’s capability to deliver reliable, durable, and high-performance material solutions.
Er Mayank Agrawal (Digital Marketing & Software Support)
Mayank Agrawal is a Computer Science Engineer with a Master of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He brings over eight years of professional experience as a Data Scientist at the National Institute for Malaria Research (NIMR), New Delhi, where he worked extensively on data-driven research, analytical modelling, and computational problem-solving.
He possesses strong expertise in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and software systems, with a particular focus on extracting actionable insights from complex datasets and identifying market trends. His technical proficiency extends to software development, digital platforms, and the integration of data-centric solutions for business optimisation. At TEKSAVI Private Limited, he is an integral member of the core team, responsible for software implementation, website development, online sales infrastructure, and digital marketing strategies. He plays a key role in developing and managing the company’s digital presence, including online platforms, product visualisation, and customer engagement systems.
His involvement also includes leveraging artificial intelligence and data analysis to support strategic decision-making, market positioning, and operational efficiency. He actively contributes to the development of digital materials, consultation on online designs, and the identification of scalable technological solutions aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Mrs Bimlesh Richhariya, Director (Taste Reviewer & Creative Design)
Mrs Bimlesh Richhariya brings a deeply spiritual and value-driven presence to TEKSAVI Group and has become a guiding light for the family and the organisation alike. Mr Kamlesh Richhariya, Director (Marketing & Manufactruing)
Born into a farming family and having lived his entire life in a village, Mr Kamlesh Richhariya represents the spirit of resilience, vision, and quiet determination. With limited means but immense willpower, he created his own path while remaining deeply connected to his roots. Even today, at the age of 70, he works full-time, personally overseeing his farms, caring for his animals, and managing his resort and construction activities with the same energy and commitment he has carried throughout his life.
At TEKSAVI, he overlooks the quality control and distribution system. He is widely respected in the community for his practical wisdom, sharp business understanding, and his ability to remain focused and consistent in everything he undertakes.
